The space
You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is wonderful for all kinds of guests. This house was built in the 1920’s so please expect to see some characteristics of an old house (like creaky floorboards). The house has been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.

Main Level:
- Porch
- Living room- two couches, 75" Smart TV, two arm chairs
- Dining room- Rectangular table- 4 chairs and a bench
- Kitchen- Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. Kitchen contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. We also have plates/cups/cutlery for kids.
-Fenced in Backyard: Large outdoor couch seats 6. Fire pit and grill.
-Bathroom(half): Pedestal sink, toilet.

Second Level:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Pack n play available.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed. Top is a twin size bed. Middle is a full size and trundle is a twin.
- Bedroom 3: King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet
- Bathroom 1 (full): Standing shower. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

Other things to note
Airbnb has put in place a global ban on parties. Parties are **strictly** forbidden in all Airbnb listings. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21.

You may also be denied entry on the basis of any of the following if you do not send a message *before* completing your reservation. If you meet any of the following criteria you may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit:

i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking same-day, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews.
